ORDERING BEEF

We sell our grass-finished beef as Whole, Half,or Quarter sides. Price is $7.50lb hanging weight plus processing. For comparison I have broke down the cost of a 600lb steer. 

600lb x $7.50 = $4,500.00 + processing of $600.00 ($1/lb) = $5,000.00/Whole Beef.  

300lb x $7.50 = $2,250.00 + processing of $300.00 ($1/lb) = $2,550.00/Half Beef. 

150lb x $7.50 = $1,125.00 + processing of $150.00 ($1/lb) = $1,275.00/Quarter Beef.
